A founding partner of BPS, David’s extensive experience in Insolvency and Reconstruction has been derived throughout his career at a number of large Sydney accounting firms to create something unique. He’s passionate about problem-solving the impossible, reporting on it and providing honest advice to stakeholders to assist in the sale of businesses, assets and formal insolvency administrations. David is a leader in the industry and has a large network of associate accountants, lawyers and business advisors that support him in creating better outcomes for his clients – with a preference for business reconstruction, to maximise returns.

David listens! He has over 34 years’ experience so has a lot to say, however, his first step is always to listen to his clients and really understand their situation. It’s called caring – and it’s a rare quality in this industry. Other words such as empathetic and considered come to mind, but let’s not make him sound too wonderful.

A passion for all things mechanical, along with a fascination for cars and motorbikes. When working in insolvency, he understands that many factors contribute to the smooth running of a business.
