Bob is a consultant at BPS Recovery and let’s face it - he knows everything about everything. In the industry for over 40 years, he’s seen it all and will always have any opinion to share. If you have a complex bankruptcy matters or need advice on challenging cases and procedures, he’s your man. He spends his time providing advice, while mentoring and training the team – he’s also our resident blogger.

Before gracing us with his presence, he was the Deputy Official Receiver for the Government at ITSA. During this time he worked in all the front line sections of the office and built up a strong liaison with registered trustees and their legal advisers, as well as major financiers.

One of his many career highlights include his work with the Indonesian Government, redrafting insolvency laws and providing advice following the financial crisis. A number of interesting trips to Jakarta and an understanding of Indonesian Government just adds another reason why Bob is a wealth of knowledge.

Bob loves being outside in the sunshine, whether for a round of golf or riding his surf-ski. With 8 grandkids scattered around the world, you’ll find him holidaying somewhere between the Central Coast and Paris.
